Robert began his career in painting over 20 years ago, and is proud to be the fourth generation to service the coating needs of Florida’s businesses and residents. In 1996 Robert along with his wife Patty, created P&R Renovations and Interiors, Inc. Recently, P&R expanded its services to include P&R Pro Coatings, Inc. and general contracting services. In addition to directing his two companies, Robert is the President of PDCA-Sun Coast and takes part in many local non-profit projects to help maintain, restore and beautify the Tampa Bay Area. Robert is also a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute and proudly supports the Sun Coast Chapter of CAI.

Patricia Leslie received her degree in Interior Design from St. Petersburg College and has over 15 years of design experience in Florida. In addition to her work with P&R, Patti is a Florida licensed and certified Interior Designer. She has designed interiors for various commercial and residential clients. Patty’s design talents are most notably seen in various condominium developments in Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. She has designed both the building’s lobby and individual condominiums used by her clients as their summer home. Patty lives in the Clearwater area and has been married to Robert for over 21 years. Her joys in life include their 10 year old son, jogging, reading and taking care of her various pets.

John Leslie has over 20 years experience in Florida’s coatings industry. As P&R’s Project Supervisor, he is responsible for the coordination and on-going management of all commercial and residential projects.
